Kelly's Wedding

The last of my high school friends got married this weekend. We had a wonderful time catching up with friends. Layla entertained us with her wonderful dancing skills.

Kelly married Jason Evans. She was such a beautiful bride. We were all so very happy for her.

Here is me and Tanner. I think it is one of the only pictures I have of the 2 of us. (I am not to fond one having my picture made now a days because I have yet to lose my baby weight.) He was so good he just watched everyone.

My favorite part of the night was seeing and talking to my friends. I love each and everyone of them so very much. When we get together we always have to best time and it feels like we have never been apart. I love you girls!

Tanner's Nursery

I was thinking that since Tanner was almost 4 months old I need to finish decorating his room. Here are some pictures of it.

My dad and brothers recently went to Cooperstown to the baseball hall of fame and they brought Tanner a bat back with his name on it. Jason really doesnt like the fact that I hung it on the wall with ribbon, but I like it.

Layla singing to Tanner

This is a video of Layla singing Tanner her ABC's as you can tell she is not very gentle with him yet and she hates when he spits up. She says it is "yuckers". I think she got that work from me.

Summer

I know it has been a while since I have updated my blog and I can't use the excuse that I have been busy because I really haven't been to busy. As you can see from the pictures we have just pretty much been going to the pool and hanging out around the house. Summer is sooooo rough around our house!

Tanner's First Rice Cereal

I started feeding Tanner rice cereal this week and needless to say he loved it. He is gaining weight so fast and I can't wait to take him to the doctor for his 4 month checkup and see how very much he weights. He loves to eat.

The Park

We decided to take Layla and Tanner to the park this week.....even though it was sooooo hot outside. We went to Laurel Park because it has a small pond full of ducks that Layla could feed. She had a lot of fun feeding the ducks.

After we feed the ducks we walked over to the playground to swing and slide which are two of Layla's favorite things to do.

Tanner Paul

One of my favorite part about watching my children grow is seeing their personalities start to blossom. I loved watching Layla go from a baby to a toddler and I am enjoying watching Tanner too. I have to say his personality is very different from his sisters. Layla was always so quiet, she didn't want to be held and she wanted to be down on the floor. Tanner LOVES to cuddle and he is so active. He started rolling over at 9 weeks and I am praying that is not foreshadowing things to come, but my favorite part of him is his smile. That boy smiles constantly. I have never seen such a smily baby. All you have to do is smile and talk to him and he tries to talk back to you. He takes breaks while eating to smile. I do hope he continues his sweet little spirit.
